We just started using this with our 5 year old and we both really enjoy it! He has focused more on people so far but that is great. It also has just ignited conversation about all of our days and prompted some good questions, either about the day’s events or his feelings. (Like can I feel happy and sad?) this is a fun and thoughtful, and also quick, thing to do with your kids that will make a long term impact.

What a neat idea. I fell in love with this idea and cannot wait to incorporate this with my daughter. My daughter is two right now but I think in a few months we'll really be able to dive into this. I ordered one of these each for my daughters, age 6 and 9. They really like them and look forward to completing them every day. I like that it helps them to recall what we’ve done that day and for them to be grateful for the little things and not always the big trips and presents! It’s also good that you can draw a picture in the bottom box instead of having to write, which is great when they are tired after a long day
