I specifically wanted the LOW GLOSS formula, and could only find the high gloss version at my local Lowes and Home Depot, so ordered 4 bottles from Amazon. It arrived quickly and safely. I ordered 4 bottles, because I wanted to be sure I had enough and thought since my floors were so old and dry that it would really 'soak' up the product. I only needed two bottles for a 1600 square foot home that had wood floors throughout except for the kitchen, bathrooms and utility room. It seemed to go a long way, but I was careful to apply a THIN coat like the instructions said. I will be returning the other two bottles to Amazon.
Overall, I give this product 5 plus stars, and highly recommend it!!!
Take 2: I then used the Old English® Furniture Polish: Scratch Cover for Light Wood 8 OZ first. After cleaning, putting on the scratch cover, buffing with a cloth, and then waiting a bit to ensure it was completely dry; I was ready to apply the hardwood floor reviver. So, one more cleaning job with a mild cleaner and then just apply it. I have to say that this stuff goes on beautifully with the right applicator. I spent more time cleaning the floor than applying it. That said, my floor now looks much better. Not all the scratches are gone. If I get right next to it, I can still see the scratches. However, my floor no longer looks weathered and from standing or seating point of view, they look like new. Three cheers for this versus a complete sand and refinish.
I plan on applying it again in about a year just to prevent additional scratches caused by everyday wear and tear.
