Minwax Paste Finishing Wax - Natural
Minwax Paste Finishing Wax protects and adds hand-rubbed luster to any finished wood surface.
- It is recommended for furniture, antiques, woodwork, cabinets, doors, paneling and accessories that do not need a hard protective coat of polyurethane.
Application Tool: Cloth
Dry Time: 10-15 minutes prior to buffing
Cleanup: Mineral spirits or paint thinner following manufacturer’s safety instruction
Coats: 1 over a previous finish; 2 over raw wood

I used this wax for two LARGE projects. An entire kitchen cupboard remodel and a piano. It is very easy to apply, leave for 5-10 minutes and then rub/buff off with a tack cloth. There is a slight smell that didn't bother me, but might bother more sensitive users. I got the "Natural" tone, which very slighty darkened/yellowed my white cabinets. I didn't mind, they were already painted to be a buttery white. On my dark blue piano project I didn't notice a change in color. This is perfect for sealing chalk paint projects.

We had our home interior painted and didn't realize until after that a console table we had was now the exact same color as the walls. Good grief; I am NOT a DIYer even though I try desperately to be. I liked the table though so I found a paint that required no prep except for cleaning the table (thank Jesus for the things people make for us lazy folks!). I also found this wax. It's so easy to apply and then once fully cured it's absolutely perfect.
