The sales rep just has to have the grit and know how to do the job.
This book is pretty much abstract ideas and in my opinion, largely 'fluff'.
I think she preys on people who find cold calling daunting.
She holds out the pie in the sky "you don't have to cold call" line just because she knows you'll bite.
I speak as someone who runs a telephone prospecting company, and I will be using some of the hints and tips within my own business.
