Readers' Comments:
'I'm not a big fan of self-help books. Self-diagnosis can be a
dangerous thing. However, this was better than most. Basically
it's saying what many of us know: you must first love
yourself. Interesting read.' Male reader, aged 54
'People can be overly negative about many things. This book
might help people to be positive; to find strengths and to be
proud of who they are.' Female reader, aged 43
'Toxicity in life is common, and it can lead to feelings of
little self-worth. This book is attempting to help people to
replace that toxicity with love for yourself and, as a
consequence, a better life. Will it work? Probably not for
everybody. It depends on the reader and how open they are. But
the author is making a good try here and I congratulate her.'
Male reader, aged 34
'The cover's a bit silly and not matching the contents. But
the book is interesting and the writing style works well for
this genre.' Female reader, aged 65
To Sum It Up:
'People suffering from a lack of self-worth might find a few
answers in here. Recommended.' The Wishing Shelf Book Awards

From the Author

You may ask, "Why is loving "self" so darn difficult?"
It's not easy to define the scope of your self-love. It takes work, dedication, commitment, and a lifetime practice of behaviors.
I salute you for taking steps to put yourself and your relationships on the right path.  The information gained by reading this material serves as a blueprint  . . . to recognize that unhealthy relationships have no space inside the circle.
We can't control toxicity, but we can learn to manage it. When those "red flags" are flying take heed and remove yourself.  It's a sign that toxicity has surfaced. Keep going and growing.  Be a survivor and not a statistic!
