Jess is coming out of a bad relationship with a cheating boyfriend. They meet after a baseball bat, broken window incident.
Jason and Jess enjoy the summer together, but know that things are going to come to an end.
I really enjoyed Misbehaving. Jason and Jess were such a great couple.
I liked the bad girl gets the good guy story line as all of the stories I read before this one (Saddie/Jax, Marcus/Willow, Amanda/Preston, Dewayne/Sienna) was about the good girls. I'm glad that Jess got her own story because you could tell that there was something behind the hard demeanor she put up. One thing I did grow tired of was her and Jason going back and forth in their relationship. He couldn't get over the pressures in life and she was so carefree (until everything that happened with her mom) that she couldn't take life seriously, I was happy with their final outcome though.
This book also made me fall in love with Krit (I knew it would) and I now I have to go back and order his book.
As a big fan of the TV Show Gilmore Girls, I really loved the dating analogies from Jess's Mum Starla about the guys in her life and how they relate to being a Dean - First Love , Logan - the rich one and Jess- The Soulmate and of course Rory- the girl. Thinking back to my GG days , I loved the character Jess and always did hope that somewhere along the track Rory got back with him as he did have high hopes and potential.
