Shannon Wilkinson is the CEO and Co-Founder of Tego Cyber Inc, a cybersecurity threat intelligence company. Shannon spent 12 years overseas working for the United Nations building mission critical software platforms. Before co-founding Tego Cyber, she co-founded and was President of Axiom Cyber Solutions from 2015-2019 before exiting to private equity.
Shannon is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor, having started or help launch several technology start ups with focuses on data integrity, cybersecurity, encryption, and distributed ledger technology. She was selected as the 2018 Las Vegas Women in Technology – Cybersecurity and 2017 Las Vegas Women in Technology Entrepreneur and has been featured in MyVegas Magazine as a Top 100 Women in Las Vegas in 2017 and 2018.
Shannon co-founded the Healthcare Heroes Foundation amidst the COVID-19 crisis to give back to first responders and our healthcare heroes fighting the pandemic. Shannon also sits on the Board of the Princess Lee Foundation helping abused and disadvantaged youth across Southern Nevada.
Shannon is an advocate for girls in STEM, and mentors young girls on their career paths.

Rita Kakati-Shah is an award-winning, gender, diversity, inclusion and career strategist, speaker, mentor and advisor to Fortune 500 companies. She is the Founder and CEO of Uma, an international platform that empowers confidence, inspires success and builds leadership in women and minorities. Rita began her professional career at Goldman Sachs in London, where she was awarded the prestigious Excellence in Citizenship and Diversity Award. She is also a Distinguished Alumna of King’s College London and serves on the Advisory Council of King's Business School. She is also a three-time Stevie Awards for Women in Business winner, and judge for the Middle East Awards. Rita is also an honoree of the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award from US President Joe Biden, as well as recipient of several international awards in recognition of advancing gender equality, diversity and inclusion, and empowering women, girls and youth around the world.
Rita actively coaches and mentors business leaders, veterans, survivors of domestic violence, women in technology/STEM, schoolgirls and students.
