It all started with a look, followed by mistletoe. Mason Roth hired Noel Merrybell to be his assistant after just a few minutes in her presence. Not only does he do that, he moves her into the company building. Christmas season rolls around and Mason is starting to go into overdrive with his feelings. He's afraid his dark, dominant, possessive, and obsessive attitude would scare Noel away. But, Noel is just as obsessed with Mason as he is with her. After a last minute decision to go to lunch together, Mason starts spending more and more one on one time with Noel; and he falls further in love with her. Once their worlds collide, not everything is wonderful in their mistletoe inspired world. Looks, stares and the whispers start to get to Noel, how does Mason compete with that?
This is an amazing OTT/JP hero and sweet sunshine heroine by Shaw Hart. While it is instalove, the story brings a little grittiness with Mason's over the top attitude, that pairs well with the sweet sunshine-y attitude of Noel. What's better, is Noel isn't a push over. She knows what she wants and isn't afraid to go for it.

Oh my goodness, Shaw Hart knows how to write obsessed heroes! Mason is a card carrying member of that club. Noel is his assistant and he cannot think of anything or anyone else. He has manuvered and arranged to have her as close to him as possible. But he doesn't make a move until he can't take it any more. Noel has had a crush on Mason from the moment she interviewed with him. He is everything she could ever hope for but she isn't sure that she should let him know that. Is he going to take a chance on happiness or will he let her slip through his fingers? This story filled me with so much happiness! Noel is such a creature of light, she is so naturally bubbly but sweet and caring. I adore her personality, she is just perfect for Mason. Mason is holding on by a thread at the start of the story and you just want to tap him on the shoulder and say, go for it, dude, and put him out of his misery. Ten stars for Mistletoe Kisses!

This book just creeped me out. Mason Roth hired Noel Berrybell just minutes after meeting her, and insisted she start immediately. Part of her hire on package was an apartment in the same building that Mason lives in. What Noel doesn’t know is that before she moves in, Mason has her apartment wired for video, except for her bathroom and bedroom. At night when she’s home, he’s upstairs in his apartment watching her. He’s also lined his apartment with photographs of her. Can you say creepy stalker??? To make matters worse, when Noel finds out, she’s not creeped out, they even end up together. I did finish this book, but it was just too much for me.

Her latest - “Mistletoe Kisses”, is an InstaLove holiday must read romance!

Mason is a man possessed. It’s Game On when he sets his eyes on her - the woman of his dreams. She is a walking fantasy come to life and he is caught in her web.

Noel is sweet and beautiful and absolutely besotted with her new boss. Hesitant to cross the line, she crushes on him from afar. Things heat up when the two give into their attraction and succumb to one another.

Watching Mason lose his ever loving mind in his pursuit of Noel made my book loving heart happy. TBR “Mistletoe Kisses” and Enjoy!

Steamy Holiday Romance!

The perfect “I want to read something steamy before bed” book (for me) is always a Shaw book. I love these incredibly steamy insta-love stories. They are quick reads so I can read it before bed and get all the feels and steam I could want.

Mistletoe Kisses has a Christmas setting so it’s just super cute and perfect for this holiday season. Mason is the perfect alpha who wants the girl so badly and Noel is the beauty who brings him to his knees (literally). Watching this office romance play out had me invested and waiting for both admit to their feelings.

I’ve seen a few people saying that they want some hot & dirty sex in their Christmas books so I would highly suggest Mistletoe Kisses because it doesn’t get any hotter than this.

Mason is obsessed with Noel(like put cameras in her apartment without her knowing , obsessed). He wants her desperately yet it takes him months to make a move (which only happened because she flirted with him). Once he finally has her, he is not letting her go no matter what.

-no cheating
-no ow/om drama
-virgin h/no mention of hero’s sexual past
-steamy
-epilogue one year and 5 years later but there was no info on how many kids or anything like that 🤷🏻‍♀️

Absolutely beautiful and wonderful book! I love a good boss/assistant romance and this book certainly delivered! Mason has been obsessed with Noel since she interview to be his assistant. One day he finally gets the hint that Noel likes him back and absolutely nothing stops him from claiming his girl. Mason was pure alpha male and Noel was so sweet. They were perfect together and I just absolutely loved this book! Just a short fluffy romance!
