This is the 3rd pair of headphones I've gotten from these guys. All have died in some way. I recently emailed the company about this and got NO RESPONSE! Buyer beware!
The first pair was black (a previous model) and we had them for about a year. Then the left ear went out. I emailed the company at that point and they said it was too long since the purchase date (which is understandable), and couldn't replace them.
Before that happened, I had liked them, so I bought a green pair on Black Friday. Very soon, those failed to charge, so I returned them for another pair (same product exchange). Now the replacement pair has the EXACT SAME PROBLEM and won't charge, except now I'm beyond the return window (even though I haven't had the replacement pair even 3 months yet.
The company has failed to respond to my latest message about how their headphones won't charge after a month or so of usage. Basically useless now unless I plug them in (Bluetooth is useless).
Headphones should last longer than this! Don't buy these!!!
