Tasty and easy solution for making sushi style rice at home. I use 3 table spoons of this seasoned vinegar, 2 cups of sushi rice, and 2 cups of water with my 6 quart Power Pressure Cooker XL. Six minutes on the rice setting and you're off to the races.

Arguably you can make the seasoned vinagar youself with vinegar, salt, and sugar; but in a pinch, this is awesome.

Got this specifically because was supposed to be sweet vinegar for pre-seasoning sushi rice. Unless I just got a bad batch, what I got was sour tasting just like vinegar straight from bottle and EXACTLY how my sushi rice tasted after cooking. So still going to have to add salt and sugar anyway to get what desired. What's the point of buying something pre-made if I have to do the seasoning manually anyway??

I haven't used the product yet, but the bottle arrived with the cap almost all the way off. Even with the plastic inner bottle seal, there was leakage of the vinegar and the labeling of the bottle was obliterated. Smell of the vinegar was obvious even before the packaging was removed from the bottle.
