From the Manufacturer
The MoGo Mouse BT is a unique, business-card-sized, Bluetooth-enabled wireless mouse that stores and charges inside your laptop's PC Card slot, making it a "must have" accessory for every laptop. Its award-winning patented design is tailored for on-the-go use, so you'll never worry about forgetting it at home or having it run out of power.
Designed with the traveler in mind, the MoGo Mouse BT is not your usual mouse. Rather than trying to squeeze an awkwardly shaped external mouse in your laptop bag, you store the MoGo Mouse BT inside the laptop itself, in your computer's PC Card slot, where it's also charged.
When you need it, just eject it from the card slot, flip out the integrated kickstand to comfortably position the mouse, and you're ready for action. The MoGo offers the same functionality as conventional laser wireless mice -- scroll, right click, left click -- without the bulky, oversized design.
The MoGo Mouse BT is compatible with laptops with PCMCIA, Type I/II, and Cardbus slots. If your PC has an Express/54 slot, you should use the MoGo Media Mouse X54 or the MoGo Presenter Mouse X54. (See accompanying chart for the performance features and compatibility details of each MoGo Mouse.)
Full-Size Performance and Features
The MoGo Mouse BT measures just 2.1 x 0.2 x 3.4 inches (WxHxD), but that doesn't mean it doesn't offer the same performance as larger mice. With a patent-pending optical system, the MoGo Mouse provides 800 DPI resolution for precise tracking.
It also has two buttons and the ability to scroll. MoGo Mouse BT Scrolling Software, which is offered as a free download from the MoGo Web site, takes your MoGo Mouse to a whole new level by making review of important documents and Web sites more convenient than ever before. You'll be able to simply and intuitively navigate virtually any application--on the go, at the office, or at home.
Wireless Ease of Use with Bluetooth Compatibility
The MoGo Mouse BT is Bluetooth-enabled, so you'll have wide wireless compatibility with any computer running Windows XP/Vista or Mac OS X that has Bluetooth. (To add Bluetooth capability to your laptop, you can use the MoGo Micro USB Bluetooth Adapter, sold separately, or purchase the MoGo Media Mouse X54 and Bluetooth Adapter combo.) The mouse supports the Bluetooth v2.0 EDR for the latest and fastest wireless connections, and has a range of 30 feet.
Built-In Rechargeable Battery Saves Money and the Environment
Unlike other wireless mice that require expensive and environmentally unfriendly battery replacements every few months, the MoGo Mouse BT has a built-in rechargeable battery that is automatically recharged every time it's stored inside the PC Card slot. This saves you money and helps you protect the environment. It takes about 30 minutes to recharge the battery, and a single charge gets up to approximately 10 hours of normal use.
The MoGo Mouse BT is backed by a two-year warranty.

The is that this charges through a PCMCIA slot on a laptop (where it's actually designed to be left when not in use), and my laptop has an Express Card slot. So, I bought a PCMCIA-to-Express-Card adapter. There's something about the old PC card slots that just isn't replicated in the adapters, so it won't charge.
Unfortunately, what I envisioned isn't possible, and I'm not keeping an old laptop around just to charge this.
One drawback is that they lied about the scroll. It doesn't have any. The support site is in Russian and most links are dead. Site searches cannot find and software or even the mogo mouse !
However, after a few days of searching the net, I found a program that will allow you to scroll with this mouse.
Pointix Scroll ++ version 2.05. This works well. You just have to hold down the right mouse button and move mouse to scroll.
Don't know if this link will be allowed here but here it is. (only use the 2.05 version)
Be careful that your laptop has the right PCI slot for this. Unfortunately, even for a person who is very good with computers, I had a hard time figuring out that my lap top has the standard PCI slot. I originally ordered the express card version of this (which does scroll by the way) but it did not fit my machine. Luckily it fit in another machine I own and I use it there. Unfortunately that machine doesn't have blue tooth and I still have to plug in a usb adapter to use the mouse on it. You can't win in all things all the time, I guess.
I was not disappointed (at first). It connected to my laptop's (Dell D620) bluetooth and fit properly into the slot for charging. When I first tried it, I felt it was too light and "jumpy". After about 20 minutes with the mouse, it became very natural to use. Now regular mice feel large and bulky in my hand.
I installed the software that allows that mouse to scroll. This is also very natural once it's setup. You basically click and hold the right mouse button and bump the mouse up, down, left or right (depending on the direction you wan to scroll). I do miss not having the ability to center-click in Firefox (which opens a link in a new tab), but I can look past that.
The problem I had was that the mouse battery died around the 6 hour mark. And I never even thought about the battery life before because other wireless mice last incredibly long times on a AAA/AA. However, the description says 8-10 hours. Even if the mouse lived up to that, I would be shorted 2 hours on my 12 hour shift. A coworker's mouse powered by a AA or AAA lasts them weeks.
I am returning the mouse I have because I believe a batter failure in under 8 hours is defective, but I may purchase one again. I could make it work by charging the mouse on my lunch break (which I usually take about 3 hours into my shift).
