Some of the programs are very entertaining, the technical explanations can be difficult at times but is very interesting to watch. The graphics explaining certain aspects are done well. I enjoy this show and it's episodes.

It's great to hear and see how these marvels were done BUT... the repetetiveness is really annoying and detracts from the experience. They tell you the same things over and over again before telling you anything new.

I've been talking about this show for years. I'm so glad to see (some) of the episodes on amazon. ts
* Love the factoids before each commercial. eg: A single iPhone has more processing power than the North American Air Defense Command in 1965.
* They find archival footage of some interesting stuff.
* Cliff Claven from Cheers must have watched this w/ his "It's a little know fact that...."

complaints:
x- Not all seasons are here
x- Amazon's search functionality doesn't work that well to find an episode
x- Amazon's watchlist only works at the season level, not the episode

I used this video in my classroom as an intro into the Panama Canal and geography of Central America. It worked well and sparked some great questions from my students going forward in the unit.
