A little out of date but still worth a look because there's always somthing to learn and adapt to your own system. The thing that makes this somewhat out dated is the advent of vacuum bags, but applied with the system in this book works out very well.

Not sure what exactly I was expecting. All the basics are here. if you know nothing about caching this book is good. If you already know some about it and want to learn a thing or two in the process this book will add something to your brain database on the subnect. If you already think a lot about caching and / or have already started you probably won't learn much new. Wished it was longer and more comprehensive also.. But then it would need to be called something like 'the ultimate guide to caching'.

...unless you know nothing about weapons caching. There's lots of history from WWII and 'Nam, but it wasn't particularly useful to me. The section on actually preparing burial tubes isn't very detailed; you can find more for free online. This might have been of more use 30 years ago.
