It doesn't fit well on my standard sized round toilet. The seat needs too much clearance in the back to open up. The hole doesn't match my toilet. I needed to use PTFE tape to keep the hose from leaking. The sprayers and/or internal hoses leak for minutes following use (I also have a pressure valve to prevent high-pressured water in the bidet, so it shouldn't leak at all). I also had to use other bidet hardware to secure the seat since the plastic 'expansion nuts' didn't fit into the holes in my toilet. We will see how long it lasts before it leaks internally (I have yet to find a non-electric bidet that doesn't leak).I don't know what kind of toilet Moen made this crap for, but it's certainly not the standard round size/shape.

    We had a more expensive Toto that failed to stay mounted when a little part fell off. Toto was of no help replacing the little 25 cent custom part. Left with choice of machining one or buying another bidet we opted for the well respected brand, Moen. We are very pleased that we did. It is fully functional and has a bonus night light. It mounted easily and the included templates made it right from the start. The extra inches of cord length allowed a neat installation

    Just there right strength for my tastes. Control panel (wall mount) has excellent layout with but a strange wall bracket w/magnets. Likely perfect for caregivers. I don’t ever need to hold the remote so I would prefer a more permanent mount. Water is very briefly cold when it starts. It is short but (😊) still surprising. Seems to leave more of my backside wet than my Toto. That wouldn’t be an issue with a unit that also had a drying so higher level models should be better. Your mileage may vary.

    This is specifically for the EB800 model: Once you start adding control panels and wireless remotes and blow dryers these things start getting absurdly complicated and don't last. I was happy to find one that was heated water and seat only. The price premium is worth it over vowel-soup amazon brands. The attachment mechanism is the best and most secure I've seen on any toilet seat.

    My only complaint, is the manual is worthless. I feel like it was put through google translate a few times. It covers multiple models but doesn't actually say that it does. The manual tells you both that it has and does not have a heated seat, and tells you the heat has "4 gears" meaning four settings. Very silly.

    I wanted to love this so much, it was super easy to install and it seemed like it would be an okay fit in spite of it being an awkwardly shaped seat for a "round" configuration. I think the idea was solid and overall the materials and build quality seem to be upper tier but due to the awkward shape I had to return after a week, it was always sliding around and not quite ever as sturdy as you'd hope for when you're sitting on it for a while. I am not a huge person, but i'm substantial and I didn't trust it was going to stay in place very well. Functionally it was fantastic, I just think this is something thats only going to fit a moen toilet. The biggest issue I had was due to where it had to sit on my toilet to fit as a seat lifting the lid/seat to handle your business never worked. The seat portion forever got stuck in a not quite up position and would fall unless you aggressively pushed it up, very annoying as a man because you're risking a surprise mess. I don't think this is a good investment overall unless it's truly gonna fit your toilet, I ended up returning for a Brondell brand instead, I truly think this would have been better for moen branded toilets. Overall the product is probably a great value for the money. My biggest complaint beyond everything about the fit and finish was the fact that the water pressure was awful. I don't mind the unheated water but this thing genuinely wasn't even getting you clean like you'd hope and then you're just kinda wasting your time and toilet paper, which was the whole point of this thing was to be using less tp

    Bought this as an upgrade to my $30 one that went between my existing seat and the toilet. I was disappointed with this one. The jets shoot too far forward and there's no way to adjust this. But my main issue is the water pressure is so much lower than my old one. I had to rip the flow restrictions out of the inlet on the seat. Flow is now comparable to the cheap one, I just have to shift my body forward to get the right spot. The good, is that the nozzles are self cleaning and they get tucked away behind a little door when not in use, which protects them from coming in contact with undesirable material.

    Bough this one and it says will fit round toilet.
    It turns out the it is 1.5 inches off the front end if you lift the cover up.
    So have to return.
    I hope the seller will provide more measurements so we can avoid return.
