After contacting the company with back & forth emails, I received instructions on how to make a return. The return postage cost me $19 as I disclosed it was a liquid. This made a total of $29 postage for shipment costs to receive & return this product that barely worked as advertised. In the end, I did receive a refund for the full price of $49.99. So the lesson learned is - when a product sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
