A tip I gleaned from Chapter 5, discussing the tricky definition of "fairness" within a family have already helped me gain another perspective in a family dispute I mediated recently.
This is a book you would want to revisit every now and then. Its wisdom can be applied to any field of dispute resolution: family, workplace, school, military. You name it!
