It works all I can say.... I bought this bad boy on the 23th of May and received it 2 days later... every morning I take 2 table spoons and mix it with a juice and shake it and down it quick because it has a thick texture of a protein shake.tadte tolerable but okay I mix it with cranberry juice to help... .. but I noticed since adding this to my diet I have more milk to feed and pump and as well more energy I only sleep 4 hours typically with baby and I’m busy with my other kids too so entertain booster was a plus ....and today was my first to be able to feed/ pump I was even able to put storage bag in the freezer( litterally in tears) before this I was only pumping 3 ounces from both sides Every 3 hours and not feed my baby girl till she was full my baby was delatching because she was still hungry (broke my heart) she was Crying so much so I had to introduce her to formula since she 1 week old now at 6 weeks today and she’s able to be full on breastfeeding and I am able to pump... this works for me big. Time and I want others moms who have this problem And who are stressed out because of feeding and on the fence of giving up on breastfeeding but because of the yeast I am able to feed my baby girl....... give this product a try and I hope you have the same results as me... (On a side note it was not over night I noticed a difference I was able to see a difference in 4 days but I noticed it today it helped me... so have patience don’t give up ) Picture was me pumping at 9am (Bottle) And pumping at 3pm storage bag and able to breast feed baby girl without formula for the first day
