Distressed Property Investors Monthly later became a monthly feature in Creative Real Estate Magazine, where Tom was an associate editor.
In the early 1990s, Toms weekly real estate investment advice column, Tricks Of The Trade, ran in newspapers in Philadelphia, Seattle, Charlotte, San Francisco, Cleveland, Oakland, Jacksonville, San Diego and Los Angeles.

Mr. Lucier graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.
And unlike the roving weekend real estate carnies, late-night, cable-TV hucksters, Internet real estate whiz kids, and a certain Harvard Business School graduate posing as a real estate savant, Tom Lucier doesnt claim to know-it-all, and youll never hear him promise to make you a real estate option millionaire by the third Thursday of the month! The fact remains that no real estate investment technique or strategy will work unless you do!
