Obviously not a high-end camera, but it has worked great for my purposes. I hve it attached to a 32" 1080p TV and my computer. There is lag with my computer since it is sending data over USB 2.0. If using faster USB then it might work closer to real time. However, with the HDMI cable directly into the monitor it has been very easy to work under. Had it for a few months now, no issues, and I use it all the time.
