    I collect MH Dolls, I am very busy, when it comes to the package of my dolls as I do not take them out of the box. I ordered Abbey on Mattels site when it was first released and was limited to just 1. I was super excited to get her. Once the package came the right side corner was damaged. Very disappointed with Mattel. So I went to Amazon and was a little nervous ordering as it was double what I paid and that I have had dolls come from Amazon in the past where the box was damaged and exchanged it like 3 times to still have an issue with the package. So I ordered it and then of course it was delayed which did not help my anxieties. Finally got it. Placement of package was great. I rushed into the house to open it and to my delight the box was perfect! Packaged very well. The doll itself is stunning! Her hair clothes everything was prefect! Thank you Amazon! I'm so very happy! I ordered more dolls can't wait to get them!

    I’ve been a fan of monster high since I was a little kid. For years I always wanted the Original Abbey Bominable doll but I didn’t even know where to buy it since Monster High dolls were always sold out in stores. I’m 21 years old now, and I can’t express how this purchase has healed my inner child. My inner child that could never afford the popular monster high dolls, or find the ones she ever wanted. And she’s only $25?! That’s so cheap for such an iconic doll! She’s worth millions to me!
    Now Onto my review of the doll: Abbey absolutely perfect. There’s no other way to put it, she’s just like her old boo-riginal self. Her face isn’t as fierce as it used to be years ago, it’s taken a softer look but is still absolutely adorable in her own freaky-fabulous way. Her skin is so shimmery and shiny that’s the first detail that caught my eye. The next detail that caught my eye was how long they made her hair this time around. From the pictures I’ve seen online of her G1 doll her hair doesn’t look as long as this new doll, and I love dolls with longer hair! Now onto her outfit, it’s so so soft. Her fur pieces are the softest things I’ve ever touch and I’m not over exaggerating. Her dress is the most iconic part about her. The colors pop out so well against her white clothes, and dull blue background of the box. Her dress is easily the most perfect part of this doll. Her only flaw is: her hair is a little stiff. Just a little, I don’t plan to take her out of the box so I don’t mind but if you want to take her out I would recommend washing her hair to make it more soft.

    The doll comes with her own stand and a matching brush for her hair. They have the iconic monster high logo on them. She also comes with her own cute pet, and diary.

    The last thing I want to comment on is her box, it’s absolutely stunning. Like I said, I keep my dolls in the box so I love when their boxes are full of details. It’s so pretty omg!

    In conclusion: I highly recommend this doll. She’s the most beautiful thing I have ever laid my eyes on and is so high quality for just $25!

    My only critique comes from the packaging, it’s not in the worst condition, but the screen of the box is scraped in many locations, and there is smudging on the inside of the box.
    If you’re in IB collector, it’s 50/50 on how complimentary your box and screen will be. I can say, though, for me being one of the lucky few to pay the $24.99, I feel I got great value for my money. If I were paying more, however, I may be more critical.

I think the boxes arrived really good compared to some past creeproduction drops on here. All three ghouls look great. Focusing on Abbey, I never had the original doll in G1 so I cant compare her to her first release. I havent taken her out of the box yet but I did hear some people mentioning that the reproductions arms do not go beyond a 45 degree angle. I notice the arms do seem to stand out a bit, but compared to my G1 dolls I still have from when I was a child I think the arms just may be more tight
