Oh it's been a while since I read book so I really appreciated the refresher given at the beginning. I hadn't realized this was gonna be a crossover based on the calamity. So it will interesting to how it plays out this time.

Katlyn truly starts to come into her own in this brilliant read. Never knowing quite how she fit in-- it all suddenly clicks why she had a slight sense of "other" about her. Take this ride with her- which is partially a pseudo rejected mates genre. Watch as she makes a few alpha males regret their idiotic/stubborn choices, and mates another. Calamity and a few familiar faces from previous series by the author make a cameo 😉. There is magic, prophecy, alpha males galore, sexy time, adventure, and one glorious and strong female right at the center of everything. The reader is taken on a fascinating journey and led right to the edge wanting more...right to an epic cliffy ❤. This reader cannot wait to see what our brilliant Moon Guardian and her guys will get up to in the next book. This is a quick and enjoyable read- two enthusiastic thumbs up indeed!!

There were a lot of names to remember in the beginning and there were spots that dragged for me, but with the changes in the ending I look forward to the next one.

This story just keeps getting better. Another tale of Calamity but, as each series hints at, it just keeps twisting. Growing. Evolving. And this series is no different. Even if you haven’t read one of the Tales of Calamity we seem to have going, you can still jump right into this one and catch up easily, though you then need to go back to Fortune Academy and read those while you wait for the third book in this series to be released. While a quick read, I honestly binged book one and two within a day because who needs sleep?, so much is going on that you don’t realized you have devoured this story until you hit the last page and are left going, “Wait… what just happened?” Totally need more.

This book has a great story line and some amazing characters. The crossover from previous books is amazing to read, but I felt like this one was slightly lackluster compared to other books I've read from this author. There seemed to be so much going on, but not a whole lot of detail coming with it. I still need to see where this story goes so I look forward to the next book!

In one sitting I devoured this whole thing. It has just left me wanting more. I should have taken my time and savored every page. But this series has made me insatiable. Along with all of her other series that intertwine with this one. Which is absolutely amazing! How can all of this still be so perfect and neatly in order? Imagine it looks like the conspiracy meme. You know the one I’m talking about!

This is one of those series that just keeps getting better and better as each book goes on. We continue on from book one with the “Calamity “ storyline and you find yourself drawn in once again to this exciting and thrilling world. Fast paced and action packed, the twists and turns keeps you twisting as there’s so much going on. Intriguing, magical and with a strong, kick ass heroine it’s one hell of an adventure that I am so happy to go on!

Love the story the only thing I find difficult is Kaitlyn being an omaga I love wolves and if ur educated in wolf packs at all u know the omega is not stronger than alpha. Alphas rank at the top of the socio-sexual hierarchy followed closely by beta. Whereas omegas rank at the bottom of the hierarchy. Omagas can become an alpha female but then another wolf will take her place as omaga. The alpha female is still lower than the alpha male who leads the pack.
