"Rebecca Warner perfectly executed a controversial topic by not forcing opinions, giving life to her characters and letting them speak for themselves. She masterfully wrote dialogues that are complete, understandable and perfect. Nothing is left out, and the reader understands what is happening. The reader is thoroughly invested in the story. A good novel that deserves to be read again! Amazingly written." Rabia Tanveer for Readers' Favorite
"Moral Infidelity is one of the best books I've read in several years. It's no wonder Warner is winning awards for her novel - I could find absolutely nothing to fault. Fantastic read and I'm looking forward to more from this exceptional author." Linda Thompson, Host of The Authors Show
"From its opening pages, Rebecca Warner's novel "Moral Infidelity" pushes the envelope in regard to the political hot topic of abortion, the emotional denouement of marital infidelity, and the domino effect of one depraved choice leading to the next and then the next. As readers are confronted with these issues, we are also enticed by an exciting, page-turning story line that involves luxury and wealth, clandestine meetings and a persistent search for retribution and truth. With deft pacing, the story builds to a crescendo. Hollie Green, All About Women Magazine
From the Author
In my desire to keep the political tone of MORAL INFIDELITY neutral, I did a great deal of research into both the pro-choice and pro-life sides of the abortion issue. Views from both sides are presented through engaging, fast-paced dialogue rather than in a narrative form. MORAL INFIDELITY is meant to entertain, not lecture; and based upon a number of comments in the reviews, I seemed to have achieved that goal. I also had personal interviews with attorneys from the Miami-Dade Office of the State Attorney, who provided invaluable insight into how the justice system works. I was privileged to spend time with the head of the Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner's Office--which included an extensive tour of the morgue--as well as with several Detectives in the Miami-Dade Police Department. Realism and accuracy were important and vital elements to the story.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR, Rebecca Warner
By the most modern definition, I am a feminist, which simply means I advocate women's rights on the grounds of political, social, and economic equality to men.
I am a feminist, but I am decidedly feminine. A woman's greatest charms lay in her ability to be womanly--to be aware of and embrace her sexuality--while asserting her rights as a person. The two are not inconsistent.
Both MORAL INFIDELITY and DOUBLING BACK TO LOVE have elements of feminist issues within their pages. But more than that, there are the human issues that affect relationships, and those human issues are the foundation for my stories, building mystery and intrigue around the matter of what makes men men, and women women, and how they reconcile their sexuality individually, and together. These issues are illuminated in my non-fiction, self-help book for women, Book 1 of HE'S JUST A MAN: Making the Most of Your Womanly Power.
