20 adorable and amazing hats and mittens for small children from 6 months to 3 years old.
Knitting and crochet are crafts that look beautiful and your child will stand out from the crowd whichever monster they choose to be.
This is not a book for a beginner.. the patterns although quite simple do require some knowledge and with the pattern I chose to knit for this review it did have a small error, but with a little basic math I was easily able to sort it out and it was not a major problem.
I have informed the publisher of this error so they may have amended this pattern.
All the techniques required for these fabulous creations, both knitting and crochet, are included in the back pages and even a few sewing stitches are demonstrated.
I adored the Garden Gnome, but to be honest I am quite happy to make enough of these hats for a classroom full of kids. There are cats, bunnies and even a magical unicorn to choose from.
The picture is the Mini Mouse hat I made using the pattern in the book
