This adapter did not fit into my hdmi port. I discovered that it was because the inner plastic housing was not correctly shaped. The inner edge is very angled as you can see in the pictures and it did not allow the adapter to plug into the port. Shoddy manufacturing to say the least. Don’t waste time buying it only to find it doesn’t fit and then being stuck with it or having to return it. Save some time and buy a better one.
