Morgansfort is a great way to jump into BFRPG. It is a combination of a simple campaign setting, along with three introductory adventures. The biggest and most lethal of these is the Nameless Dungeon, which has three levels of PC-slaughtering challenges. I haven't played through it, but as an experienced gamemaster, I'd wait until BFRPG characters are around level three before throwing them into that particular meat grinder.
The setting isn't mind-blowing, but it's solid. A good GM could flesh it out during play. Only one of the cities, Morgansfort itself, has any detail to it. The rest of the Western Lands are limited to a map and some brief descriptions.
Basically, it's a good jumping off point. I think this book would pair really well with the Adventure Anthology.
And for less than four dollars? Are you kidding me? Gotta love BFRPG.
