Love this easy to use yoga book

This book can take you 15 min or longer depending on how long you hold the poses and how many reps you do. A great book to get your morning started especially if you are new to yoga. It has great pictures of the poses, explains how to breath and also explains some of the origins of the poses. I use this book several times a week to loosen up and get my day started as I have back and stiff joint issues.
