The books main focus is on recipes from Spain, North Africa and the Eastern Med. the recipes are simple to follow and an emphasis is placed on quality ingredients. There’s even a section detailing the best places to hunt for the best ingredients based on your location. The pictures throughout the book are excellent and make it great to look at. There are also elements of history and explanation on particular areas of cooking. You'll become a better chef while using this at the same time as producing tasty meals.
All in all, this book is a fantastic insight into the spanish and moorish cuisine offering recipes that are both simple to execute and a joy to eat and prepare. Five stars.

the public library and after borrowing it for a month I decided to buy. It is excellent, the recipes are really authentic and
actually really focuses in some of the most delicious dishes. Highly recommended to anyone that is interested in real Andalusian
