I absolutely love this product. It works fantastic with my hair, leaving it silky and smooth, smelling fantastic. My issue is with the packaging. Every time I order it, the shampoo is leaking, usually just a little bit, so I’ve tolerated it since it’s such a great product. Most recently though, the bottle was wrapped in bubble wrap and leaked a SIGNIFICANT amount. Due to how expensive this product is, I requested a replacement. The replacement leaked a small amount, but again, an amount I could tolerate.
Again, fantastic product, but something needs to change with the packaging.
