This stuff is a fine oil that never dries. And by dumbly applying it to a vinyl floor, I turned the inside of my van into an ice skating rink. It took several liters of alcohol, a box of rags, and a bunch of elbow grease to get this stuff off. Exterior application only! Works great when applied properly. :/
