There aren't many decks out there that have a focus on motherhood, so I was very interested to see this deck. Ultimately it's a nice take on a motherhood oracle deck, but it doesn't quite fill the void for me.
Many of the images are so beautiful that they bring tears to my eyes. That said, the images tend to be the most moving for me when they focus directly on the mother/child relationship. Many of the cards are very subtle in how they relate to motherhood; I was really looking for something more overt from this deck. At times I don't feel a connection to motherhood in the image at all, and have to bust out the book to get what's going on - and even then the connection still feels very subtle and tenuous.
I can't stand the packaging, which splits the card into two halves to fit in the book. The book is wonderful - very detailed - but I would have preferred a small box that fit the deck as one stack for long-term storage.

I absolutely love this deck. It features women of different colors. As a Black mom, I appreciate seeing Black women and other women of color represented. This is my first deck of any kind and I am highly impressed. It is helpful in bringing balance to myself as both a woman and a mother. Excellent deck.

A childlike and enchanting deck, vibrantly colored and lovingly done. I am so inspired each time I draw from it (using it just for me right now--no children of my own yet!) and feel truly, cosmically cared for. This deck is such a great reminder of the love and support that is always there for us and I deeply appreciate its supportive maternal presence. :)

While I have used a variety of divination decks over many years--Tarot, animal wisdom, various medicine decks, angel cards, I Ching, runes, etc.--this beautifully written and illustrated deck and book are refreshingly unique. Using a single card or one of the illustrated spreads, I am provided with remarkable insight and encouragement. It is user friendly, offering rubber-hits-the-road practical assistance for being in choice and strength with the issues of the day. It is titled, The Mother's Wisdom Deck, but I am a middle aged, single man with no children. Yet it has quickly become my counsel of choice for guidance in my daily journey.
Today, I pulled the Lakshmi-Abundance card. Weary of the Abundance magical thinking chatter of the past decade, I was curious to see how the authors would present on this topic. I learned more about the essence of abundance than I have read anywhere else on the topic. The reading honors the struggle a mother can sometimes engage with feeling inadequate, a sense of scarcity, guilt and self-reproach. Then it invites me into becoming aware of counting my inner assets and the ability to love. While a mother may not be able to provide "fancy clothes, violin lessons, or private schools," the children can be rich with the gift of my presence, which I can only offer when I recognize my "personal plentitude." It is not about me wanting and trying to increase my abundance, because I am already rich with much to give. I can freely give my "attention, support, goodwill, love." Even without a child tugging on my pant leg, I read and apply these insights of encouragement to be mindful of my mental chatter of fear and lack. From this reading, I set myself to practice throughout the day at every opportunity to offer my "attention, support, goodwill, love." I realize that we are all mothers in this respect. I am giving birth to, rearing, and nurturing myself and my communities of friends, coworkers, and encounters of every description in the moments of today. This book and deck provide me with guidance for daily practice with awakening my heart and the hearts of others.
The book and cards are written and illustrated by three women who have young children, and it is presented in reference to that context. In this respect, I will gift it to every mother of young children I know. At the same time, I will give it to fathers, parents of teenagers and young adults, grandparents, and people who may one day become parents. And yes, people like me, who will never be parents, will find rich counsel and encouragement in this universal tool for living consciously. I am in deep gratitude to these three mothers for authoring and drawing these amazing windows into how I can live fully in the moments of relating to myself and others.

Love these cards. Being an intuitive mother to very different children, I love bringing these out when I can get in touch with there little inner beings. They enjoy looking at the cards and intuitively making sense of them. Great idea for a deck.

I am not really into oracle decks or tarot cards in general, but I am really enjoying this deck! Each card corresponds to a two-page section in the accompanying book, has an empowering message for mothers with a beautiful story and ideas for reflecting on how to be the best mother (and person) you can be. This deck makes a great companion for any mother's daily or weekly prayer, meditation, or reflection time. This would make a wonderful gift for someone special in your life who has just announced her pregnancy!

I've never been into tarot or card reading, until being in my 3rd pregnancy I wanted to get in touch with my spiritual side since it's been one of my main focuses lately. I wanted a way for me to connect with my unborn baby, along with my two daughters, spiritually, and use Spirit as guidance. This led me to this precious deck, which not only brought me back to my Higher Self, but also helped me tap into parts of me I was neglecting (faith, peace, creativity) since I've been one tired mama lately. I love this deck...I'll be getting it for all of my mom & soon to be mom friends.

Delightful deck, not 'fluffy' at all and beautiful artwork/box/book!

Happened across this by accident (synchronicity?) whilst searching for another oracle - so glad I did, what a lovely addition to my collection of Tarot and Oracles, etc. Beautiful colours, lovely pictures, a fantastic quality box-case, a surprisingly 'wise' and concise book - already done a couple of one card draws and both extremely accurate. Nice sized cards, easy to shuffle (not for small hands, though) and would make a perfect gift - thanks Universe for helping me discover this! Recommended.

Amazing for Mothers

The cards look lovely - the deck is divided into four parts, each focusing on different aspect of mothering. They would make a great git to a mother (or father) who is interested in divination and the esoteric. NOT suitable if you don't have your own children yet as the interpretations of the layouts do focus on a mother-child relation.

Ok I don't even know how I came upon this deck. I just found it out of nowhere and placed an order on a whim.
I have now in my hands a beautiful beautiful set full of love and true wisdom. I really do feel like I called it in somehow. And I am so so blown away and grateful.
The messages are mostly about flow and acceptance and compassion. The feminine principle. And it makes so much sense.
The artwork is colorful and childlike. But some images do have nudity. Although it feels really pure.
The guidebook is big and beautifully illustrated . I haven't read the descriptions yet. But each of them is elaborate and runs at least a page long.
This is a miracle I know. I feel really blessed.
Update.
The book has deep insights. It's been giving me the chills. The Cave is what I received for the week. And it aligned perfectly with what I received from A Yogic Path earlier. Bhuvaneshwari. The goddess of Space and Infinite Possibilities.
The two cards combined with the Queen of Pentacles and then the Golden Palace and Slow and Steady from the Enchanted Map! Turtle too. From this deck earlier. Everything has meshed together and hit this profound message home.
This deck and book set are straight from the realm of spirit. I am extremely grateful. And God bless you too.
(Accidentally ordered 2 copies and I decided I loved them "two" much to return!)
