I've had more than my fair share of transitions. Through my own trial, error, and research, I've developed above average skills. I bought the book because I have known and respect the author as a preeminent recruiter in my industry. I was also in transition. Brian is a straight shooter and shares all the inside secrets to finding the next career opportunity and keeping your sanity. Even with all my experience, I discovered some blindspots in my search that I immediately put to use. Brian covers all the bases here. If you find yourself in transition, get the book before you start your search. You will cut your search time quickly and land on your feet.
