I ordered 2 replacement batteries for my older model cell phones because the on-line description said they were compatible with my specific model phone . When I received the new batteries, I noticed they were thicker than the originals. The new batteries fit in the compartments (same length, width and connection points), but the back covers could not be reinstalled because the new batteries were an 1/8 of an inch thicker than the original batteries.
After writing an e-mail to explain this problem, I received an e-mail from Bluetooth Plus Customer Service the very next day. They explained the batteries I ordered were designed for extended use. They are a bit larger and also require an extended battery battery door. The on-line web description never mentioned any of this. Since the on-line description for this product is lacking some important details, I give it only a 1 STAR rating.
However, I did get a very a quick e-mail response from Bluetooth Plus Customer Service department. They explained what happened and fixed the problem by sending out the correct size batteries. I give this prompt action a 5 STAR rating. (Even though they never mentioned the correct size batteries actually cost more.)
When the correct replacement batteries arrived, I was again concerned because their manufacture date was 2 years OLDER than my original batteries; but so far they seem to be working just fine.
Overall, I think an average rating of 3 is appropriate.
