Pay As You Go gives the freedom to pay by the minute. All nationwide calls and texts are one convenient rate of 20¢ per minute or 20¢ per text message. You can also add other services such as Internet access (50¢ per day with unlimited usage) and e-mail (99¢ per day with unlimited usage).

International Connect provides unlimited international talk and text with family and friends around the world. It can be added to Monthly Unlimited and Android Monthly Unlimited plans for an additional $5 per month, and added to the BlackBerry Monthly Unlimited plan for $10 per month.

Boost Shrinkage

All Monthly Unlimited plans include Shrinkage and unlimited nationwide talk, text, web, e-mail, and 411. Shrinkage reduces your payment by $5/month for every six on-time payments, up to $15/month in total. Monthly Unlimited shrinks to as low as $35/month, Android Monthly Unlimited to as low as $40/month, or $45/month for BlackBerry Monthly Unlimited.

On-Time Payments

On-time payments are made on or before the monthly payment date. Your monthly payment date remains the same every month as long as you successfully make your monthly payment. However, if you make a late payment, your payment date will be reset to the day of the month before the date your service is restored (e.g., if your service is restored on February 15th, your monthly payment date will be reset to March 14th).

Missed Payment

While it's best to make regular on-time payments each month, payments do not have to be consecutive. If you miss a payment you don't have to start over. The on-time payments made to the account will still be available as well as any savings milestone achieved.

Basic starter phone to add boost mobile minutes to. Ok if look ing for something simple for calls and text. Wouldn't recommend it for a power user.

I purchased this phone as part of my transition to the less expensive Boost Mobile service. It's the cheapest phone Boost offers--in more ways than one. The menus and operation of the phone are anything but intuitive. Simply calling contacts or checking missed calls is an exercise in jumping through hoops. But the real problem is that the phone only holds a charge for about 20 hours. If I call or text a lot, the charge lasts less than 8 hours. I had the battery checked out and it's fine. The problem lies in the phone. Of course, I only discovered this after using the phone for a week--and I had already thrown out the packaging. I bought the phone at Target and they said I could return it "in the original packaging with all the materials." So, in other words, I'm stuck with it. In addition, replacing it is going to involve re-activating my account with the new phone. Given that Boost Mobile messed up everything about my account in the first place, and it simply impossible to get someone on the phone, I'm leery of going through the process.

I am a professional who recently purchased a Sanyo Juno phone to use as an extra special-purpose business phone. After using Boost cards to pay for the phone for two months I switched to the Auto Re-Boost Payment Service, wherein payments are automatically charged to my credit card each month. What a terrible mistake. Boost Mobile has been making monthly charges to my credit card at the same time that it has cut off my phone service, telling me that there is no money in my account. Of course, the latter cannot be true is the former is true. When I call Boost's service number to resolve the problem I learn that there are no human beings to speak to, only an automated list of options, none of which correspond to my problem. When I contact Boost via its online customer service (an e-mail option in which the customer is asked to describe his or her problem) I receive a phone call instructing me to call the service number, which, as I've just noted, provides no human operator and tells me that there is no money in my account. In other words, Boost Mobile tells me that to restore my service I must make another payment, even though that payment has already been made by their Auto Re-Boost plan. In effect, I must pay twice for each month of service and there is nothing I can do about it. Is this a company you would want to do business with? I deeply regret selecting to business with this company.
