Also, (I hope the author doesn’t mind this part), I’m a Christian therapist and use the principles in the book alongside verses about mountains and God moving them. My clients have found all of it quite impactful.
Anyways, read it. If you’re anything like me, you won’t be disappointed.

This is a must read especially if you are releasing or working through childhood traumas.
