the instructions were a very poor photocopy and are a little lacking. the quality of the hardware that came with it was very poor. One of the bolts was actually the wrong length (see pictures). Another threaded bar had manufacturing flaws in the end of it that meant that I had to screw one of the bolts on from the other side and twist it all the way to the side with the flaw (see pictures). The arm pads had a layer of cloth on it with no hole for the actual grommet mounted in the wood. So you have to find and cut that yourself. The back pad had no screw pilot holes screwed into it. So you have to cut the back off, and measure to put those on yourself. overall the assembly process was very poorly thought out and the hardware was cheap and incorrect in some cases.

The actual item itself seems like it will be sturdy and fine. The welds were good, and everything was square that needed to be square. It is fine and I'm sure I'll get a lot of use out of it, however I would expect the quality of the instructions and hardware sent to be a lot better.

It would be five stars if not for the assembly process and the crappy hardware.

This is a good value and hard to beat for the price. First, my box was missing one of the 4 mounting hooks, though the seller was very responsive and willing to send more (took a couple weeks but still very please with their resolution). I mounted to 1x4 pine boards over drywall to improve sturdiness, this is a must if you plan to install to drywall. You can see I added some little pine squares on the side too so holes don’t get punctured in drywall like someone else warned about. If you’re a DIYer and have the right tools, you’ll have no issues if you take your time and do it right. Wife and I are below 180 lbs and this feels safe in all positions. The paint quickly chipped off on the hook where we added the TRX style hooks, but just cosmetic. Overall satisfied with the product and the seller, thanks!

This is a very good, strong wall mounted unit. I used a piece of 3/4” plywood as a backer board to mount it to wall in my exercise room. The assembly instructions could be a bit more clear, but I was able to figure it out without too much hassle. It would be awesome if the manufacturer could provide a paper template for the mount locations between the 4 mounting brackets.
