With the totally flawed circular disc mount.
I installed this to the back of a 21"32" 22ibs monitor. The hardware screws to mount to the TV did strip as others have noted.
My main issue was the mounting hardware that has a circular disc shape. This allows the screen to physically move from landscape to portrait clockwise or counter lockwise. Or in my case, as in others, the screen just spins upside down by it's own weight. No amount of tightening will hold it in place as I have shown in the video. Had to return. Customer service was readily available and quickly recommended the newer model that apparently is designed without this mishap of engineering. Save yourself the time and money and skip this model!

My suggestion is find a mounting bracket that has an 8 inch plate and a locking swivel rather than 4 inch with fins and a sliding swivel.

Installation for a 32” Samsung LCD TV. Seems to be well made with a great range of motion. It came with more than enough hardware to get the job done. I really dislike having to add the fins on to the mounting plate with the small Alan wrench that comes with it. Doubled the installation time. Screws are a very tight fit and a little hard to get in. After that the rest went up easy. I also had to tighten to swivel with a 1/2” crescent wrench. Otherwise the angle my TV was facing was all the way down.By James Karpe on June 20, 2019

3 lag screws into a stud and a fairly simple attachment of the bracket to the back of my TV. Granted, I did not need the bracket extension pieces, but there are also numerous screws of different sizes that should satisfy just about everyone's application.
Install time was 15 to 20 minutes and my wife is much happier.

Assembly: very easy. I was installing it to use it on my 32" roku TV. I didn't even need to use all the other extra screws since extension wasn't needed.
Pros: I love that it swivel, rotate and tilt! Very easy installation. Very straightforward.

A couple of negatives on this product. Firstly, take a look at the photo I uploaded of one of the three screws these clowns sent me. Luckily the other two lag screws worked well, but I've never seen such a defective screw. I don't know how to describe it other than to say that you can tell it's supposed to be a screw but it doesn't really have any threads. Super weird. The other negative on this product is that the pilot hole they tell you to drill is about a third of the size of the lag screws. I had to go up two drill bit sizes to get a properly sized pilot hole. Can't believe they haven't fixed that in their instructions. Anyway, the mount works well but these guys need to work on their quality inspection and their instruction manual a bit.
