This stuff is fantastic and really works. Spray it on everything inside and outside where you find rodents or bees. I even spray in my flower beds to keep squirrels and cats from digging; also in our cars and lawn mowers - we live in the country where mice are a constant problem. This is our third gallon in two years - won't be without it. Goes a long way.

Smell was extremely strong and very unpleasant. It worked for about 2 seconds, long enough for the product to dry and then it was like nothing was ever done. We have larger fruit rats that we are trying to keep out of our garage and this just wasn't effective for us. It may work on smaller mice but definitely not for the larger rats. I will say that the seller was great, item arrived very quick and my return was so easy.
