Lisa Murphy did an outstanding job of explaining what a Paleo diet really is, including a good description of the origins of the name and what is included in the diet. The desserts look delicious and the recipes are well written and easy to understand. Nutritional Information per serving is included which is an important inclusion in any cookbook.
After reading the upfront explanation and browsing the recipes this book has convinced me to give the Paleo Diet a try. These desserts will definitely be on the menu.
BTW, inside the book, there is a link for a nice little freebie: "7 Easy & Quick Cooking Tricks to Banish Your Boring Diet and Burn Fat Faster".
