I should also mention that I ordered on cup size smaller: I'm a 34D and I ordered the 34C. I did this for extra compression because I hate the jiggle when doing cardio/running.
-The bra band fits snug enough and does not bite.
-Even with a cup size down the bra is not tight. I can breathe properly without the feeling of suffocation
-Adjustable straps (these are a heaven sent). Adjusting too tight will cause the straps to dig into the shoulder.
-No underwire and the girls stay in place.
-Overall it's really comfortable. I jumped up and down like rabbit and had no problems at all
-Back closure...need I say more
-Wider strap placement. Let's face it, if you have big boobs racer back styles do not cut it where support is concerned. Because these straps are placed more like those on a regular bra they offer more support.
-There is still some amount of jiggle, not too much to be uncomfortable though.
-Doesn't wick sweat away easily..prepare to stay wet
The Fiona is similar but offers more compression and no jiggle /much less jiggle than with the Helena. I do recommend ordering a cup size smaller for more compression
For comfort and support for medium impact I recommend the MC Calli bra.
For comfort and support for high impact activities I recommend the MC Maia or Fiona bras.
Stay away from the Helena.
What I disliked:
- The material is the thinnest over the bits where you get headlights - the logic here escapes me.
- The support is really only medium. You still bounce if you jump or run.
- The front velcro straps close towards the inside, i.e. your skin, and you can feel the bumps.
- The sizing is totally off. The bra I got was fine in the cups, but the band around the chest was at least two sizes too big, even if you closed it on the shortest hooks possible.
Given all these factors, I returned the bra and the search continues.

I didn't realize that the fabric/material was going to be so plastic-y. The fit was awful too because it was tight and small with (what felt like) no support, so I had to return... Read morePublished on September 29, 2013 by pprabs

Moving Comfort sports bras are the only ones I use. I found that this one is very comfortable, however it just didn't provide enough support for a D cup. Read morePublished on September 28, 2012 by jinglebells
