An added benefit is that the themes and methods, taught by Dr. Artis, are useful for adult readers as well. I found myself not only being motivated, but empowered to be more organized about the goals that I pursue. I've already started to recommend this book to parents, educators and students. This is an excellent resource to help prepare students for college as well as other areas of life.
