I bought it used for a really discounted price so I was very worried. I was surprised to see that it came in the original box with all the proper cables and accessories. The mic worked on my phone as well as on my Sony ZV-1F. The sound quality is noticeably better than both on-board mics.

Good quality at a good price
After researching many mics I decided on this one to replace my takstar scg-598.I bought it used like new for $18.00 even at $39.99 new that's a decent price.After testing the mic I was surprised my voice sounded so good with it.It's very strong so be careful with background noise it will pick it up.But it will still pick up more of what's in front of it that's what a shotgun mic does.I got this mic for youtube videos indoors but I could see myself using it outdoors too in a Vlog style video.I recommend this mic if you want good quality at an affordable price.
