After the third day of listening to it stopped going for as long. I charged it for 30 minutes during my work break and it only lasted for 1 hour, which is strange because if it fully charges in 1 hour it should have lasted me 3 hours

Voice gets muffled using this

It was really cute, small and fit in the ear perfectly. It paired to my phone without any issues, but when I tried connecting it to my computer, it started making a terrible white noise that was so loud! So I turned it off and on again, then the noise went away. But after a few minutes it came back on. I'm not sure if that was because of my computer or what. When I tried it on my phone again, the sound was great. But I called someone and tried to talk to them and they said they couldn't hear me-- my voice sounded really muffled and mumbly. I disconnected the earbud and then they were able to hear me clearly again. So, these could have been really nice, but they weren't good enough for what I wanted them to do.

Amazing sound. I listen to audiobooks and music while walking and both The spoken words, and the music are excellent. Phone calls are just as clear. Battery last about 6 hours more on a single charge. The earbud is small and Very lite weight - almost forget it’s in your ear. The only issue I have is finding the button to answer an incoming call or to pause my music or audiobook.

If I could leave a no star reveiw, I would. Doesn't stay in your ear, sound quality was awful, volume change is very delayed. All around bad product. Returned for refund and didn't get most of what I paid refunded.

This company sent me another wireless earbud device and it's way better than the single earpiece one I reviewed previously. I'm giving this one 5 stars. This one sounds better, stays in the ear better, volume works great. All around better product. And I'm so grateful to have received a replacement! Stand up company! Thank you for the new product. All I know is it's an Mpow. See picture.

Had for less than a month, no longer charging.

I received this as a gift less than a month ago, now the device will no longer hold a charge. Tried with both chargers that were included with it. Verified the connectors on the earpiece were clean and not obstructed at all, left device on charger for 3+ hours, as soon as I remove it from charger it begins giving me the "low battery" audio prompts.

While it was working, it sounded great, connected easily, and fit well. Sad to see that the battery inside it was junk.
