Received the product the day before this review. I used it for a single 35 minute drive to work and already can tell I will have no regrets.

Simple to mount. Simple to adjust. Simply put, it's an incredible amount at this price point.

Added bonus is that the rotation ball was already popped into place. Just needed to attach the holder to the mount and hit the road.

Directions are step by step with pictures. I can't think of any reason you would regret this purchase.

Don't recommend if you live in places that get above 85 ...

Only had this for two months and it's already fallen apart. The screw that adjusts how far the neck extends out broke off, and was the only thing holding the head to the base. Completely unusable. 2 Stars because it was decent enough, but I suspect because I live in a hotter climate and would find it fallen off my dash a couple of time the cheap made plastic simply couldn't handle a couple of tumbles onto the floor or a seat. Don't recommend if you live in places that get above 85 degrees F (which was generally the temps of the days after I bought this).

Update (1/9/2017): I was contacted by Bella with Patozon about the 2 star review that I left. She informed me that she was very sorry for the experience I had with their product and offered to send me a replacement of a newer model that supposedly has better suction than this version does. Honestly, when I wrote this review it was just to give a clear image of my experience to help others make the best decision for themselves. While this particular product I still do not recommend if you live in higher temperatures as the sticky residue is just not tough enough to handle the heat, if I could give Patozon 10 stars I would. It was extremely generous of them to send a free replacement, especially since I didn't leave a one star review. I had already bought a new car mount that I love very much, so I'll be giving the replacement to my sister. I will leave a response on it durability on its page after a few months.

UPDATE: this mount has an entirely different suction cup assembly than the mount I rated as 2 stars. Same company, different parts. The people at Mpow sent a replacement mount of the one I complained about without me even requesting it, which is beyond what one should expect. Anyway, the lock mechanism on this mount has three settings and the suction is too strong for me to have to use the third setting. It has only been a week, but I expect this one will actually stick. Now if these guys could use the suction cup assembly on all of the mounts they produce. The bad one I stopped using had the bendable neck which is great.

Suction is terrible, which is the point, right? Everything else about this holder is decent, but who cares if it won't stay mounted. The "suction cup" has a bit of tackiness on it which I imagine allows someone to possibly mount this to a vinyl surface. If it won't work on glass, I don't know how it's going to work on vinyl. I added a rubber grommet to increase the pull power of the suction lock, but that didn't help either.

Just what I wanted. The feet are adjustable so I'm able to fold one in and listen with headphones. The grip is fantastic; my phone doesn't slide around. It feels sturdy and strong. I bought it to sit in my cup holder because I was against driving with one in the window, but this guy is small and super easy to see around.

The release button releases my phone slowly and steady. It just feels like an expensive holder for a great price.

I don't normally leave reviews... but I had to give kudos to this.

I was sick and tired of fumbling around to find my phone, access music to play on my stereo, etc etc so I decided to check this out. I have a '14 WRX that has a textured dash. Some other reviews mentioned that it wouldn't stay suctioned so I was apprehensive. I REALLY like this thing.

Pros:
+Padding holds my phone firmly in place and could easily adapt to the width.(Galaxy S7 with Heavy Duty OtterBox case).
+VERY customize-able. Knob near the base to raise and lower the main arm, knob near the holder to extend the arm, tiltable knuckle to angle or rotate your phone however you like.
+The 'feet' at the bottom of the holder are spread so that I can charge my phone without issues.
Cons:
-The knuckle of the holder isn't very stiff. I saw another reviewer saying they put a plastic glove fingertip on the ball and it solved the issue. Not having any handy I took a small paper towel square and put that in the receiving end of the attachment. Firmed it up perfect and my heavy phone does not move without my intentions.
+/- The instructions weren't incredibly clear on mounting. Once cleaning the dash area and sticking it on, underneath the extension is a lever that you pull down to lock it in place. Took me a minute to figure that part out.

All in all I'm really happy with it. So much that I bought another one for my wife to use in her vehicle.
