Nestled in the rich, fertile foothills on the border of North Carolina and Virginia sits a quaint, white farmhouse. Many great southern families were raised in little white farmhouses just like this one and it’s the place where Golding Farms' founder, Tony Golding, grew up. The farm pictured on the label is from a watercolor painting of the Golding family farm.
It was here where Tony’s parents taught him and his five siblings about honesty, integrity and hard work. Tony applied those values and principals to Golding Farms, and since 1972 has used only the finest ingredients in every Golding Farms product.
It all started here! In 1972, Tony Golding purchased “Campbell’s Canning Company” from John and Britta Campbell – making Mrs. Campbell’s Chow Chow the first product from Golding Farms. From a small concrete building in Midway, North Carolina, Mrs. Campbell’s Chow Chow was made all by hand with fresh cabbage, peppers, and onions. Now, more than 45 years later, Golding Farms still follows Mrs. Campbell's recipe using only the best ingredients.
Since 1972 our mission has been to bring you honest to goodness flavor in every product. Today we still continuously strive to develop the best and most flavorful condiments for you, our customer, including:
