I like it best when it's refrigerated. It's awesome on a nice sour apple. It's amazing served on a spoon, just straight up. Plus it can't be beat as a pill hider for your dog. Make sure you let them have a few tastes over time before you have to get to the pill hiding. It's really sticky, and thick, especially when it's cold!
Make sure to cover the pill. It's not good for their teeth but they won't have much too often so it's not too much of a sin against your dog's teeth. It's definitely worth it for the ease of pill swallowing. Once it's in it's not coming out! Works like a charm!

I love mrs. Richardson caramel butterscotch sauce so when I saw this I was just thrilled. It had a different label white instead of brown but I thought maybe they just change the label so I ordered it. It turned out to be just butterscotch and it really wasn't much thicker than any of the shape sauces you buy at the supermarket which is where I used to buy mrs. Richardson's and it has a little pain to it that I've never seen in butterscotch before. And I paid a small fortune for it. In the end the jar still mostly full got knocked out of the refrigerator the bottom splintered and I couldn't use it. But I really didn't want to anyway. If you like this brand caramel butterscotch check out the picture and make sure what they're selling you has the brown label otherwise you're just going to get just caramel or butterscotch.
