So now Gator Boys is FINALLY out on DVD, but BE AWARE! This disc only contains 5 episodes. What really peaves me is that this is not mentioned on the exterior of the box OR in Amazon's description. The title "Season 1" seems misleading. There are two ways I have seen to list the 2012 run. One way is to include all 12 episodes of 2012 as one season. The other way is to split the January from the June runs, 6 of each, into a Season 1 and a Season 2 respectively. So I don't understand how an odd 5 episodes constitutes "Season 1" since it excludes "Horse Devouring Gator" which was episode 6. Looking forward to more, though, as I prefer hard copies over electronic BY FAR.

I have been watching Gator Boys for a long time. They are one of the few programs I can watch without cringing at violent content or cuss words. Along with that they are great at what they do. I love the gators, especially Godzilla, He is so cute streching his toes in the warm sand and coming when Paul calls him.
Jimmy is an excellent gator wrestler, but Paul is sucha graceful swimmerand can stay underwater so long it's amazing. I have a great deal of respect for both of them and I applaud what they do. I think gators are amazing animals and am glad to see their are people who try to rescue them and increase their numbers.I would love to visit their park someday and maybe meet Godzilla, and see them wrestle in person, though I doubt I ever will. Tell them to take great care and keep doing what they do. I'm a big fan of both them and the gators.

Gator Boys Season 1 is a fun introduction to Paul and Jimmy and the rest of the "Gator Boys." My 8 year old son and I love watching the show together.

This is great cinema, with death-defying action sequences interspersed with broad comedy. Paul and Jimmy are combat professionals, pitting their skill and courage against a beast that could, and often wants to, kill them or rip them apart. Paul says he doesn't have a death wish, but seeing a gator chomp down on his blooded temples might indicate otherwise. One suburbanite just shakes his head and mutters "crazy" as Paul once again slips into a bayou to lasso or hand wrestle a gator to the surface. Jimmy is the less cerebral, earthier, more relaxed but equally skillful wrestler, who's been taking on Gators and crocs since he was 11. With his humanity (shown with a sick young girl) and keen working-class ambition, he's an everyman as champion. As a team, Paul and Jimmy are (almost) invariably carefully in sync, each doing exactly what he needs to do in this highly technical game of bringing a gator safely to shore and saving its life. The supporting cast is equally good: Ashley is a cool, alluring and charismatic actress who is visibly impatient with her still limited role in capturing the gators. Tre, the comedian of the group, is hammy, corny, cheesy and wonderful... providing with his often wild schemes the let-up from the tension of the gator chases. Even Scott, the silent one, who is reckless and irresponsible at everything else, is a consummate pro when he's working the beasts. I've only recently discovered this show on tv, but a day without the Gators is a dreary one indeed. Bravo for this world-class adventure comedy!

Right from the first episode I was hooked!!!! The entire cast make this a highly entertaining, fun/danger filled show!!!! Actually planning a vacation around visiting Holiday Park and the Everglades at the end of the school year with my family. Although we may not run into the cast we will be showing our support with donation to their alligator rescue. Keep up the great work all, God bless and be safe!!!!!

I was really hoping that when it said Season 1, it meant the entire Season 1. That's not true...it only has a select 5 or 6 episodes and no more. When are they going to have complete seasons available? That's what I want. Of course, the episodes are great, but not the whole season.

The Gator Boys and Gator Girls show great dedication to saving and educating people about wildlife. This show is appropriate and entertaining for all ages. Every member of the Gator boys crew goes way beyond the call of duty with what they do for the children who love them.
