My old stick blender wore out a while ago, so I shopped around on Amazon to find a replacement. I came across an article that highly recommended this product, and then I saw it was top-rated on Amazon, so when I saw a price drop, I went for it.

Fantastic purchase. It works better than I thought - it is wonderfully powerful. I loaded up smoothie materials - and promptly had stuff spinning out of my oversized cup. Once I adjusted to the power, it was quick and easy to use. Occasionally I had to take my finer off the button because the suction the blades created sucked the bottom of the glass up so not much blending was getting done. But about two inches from the bottom of the cup, and everything gets liquified just fine - and very quickly.

The device itself, chrome and black with dark blue lights, looks like it cost well more than twice what I paid. And it comes apart easily for washing. It is also easy to rinse clean since it does not have nooks and crannies like my last stick blender, so I don't have to go digging in to clean it out.

I might not have actually needed to get this stick blender, but I have no regrets or remorse over picking it up. It has been a great addition to my kitchen just for making smoothies. But I am also looking forward to making cauliflower soup again as well as other recipes.

If you want a stick blender, this is a high quality and effective device. Really glad I bought it.

I paid $30 for this exact model in 2019 and it worked perfectly for 4 years. So I feel I got my money's worth.
Unfortunately, the power button just stopped working so now I'm going to buy this same Mueller Ultra-Stick 500 Watt 9-Speed Immersion blender again today for $24.
I've taken excellent care of it: never dropped it in water and always kept it clean; although I have used it quite a lot.
Normally, I'd disassemble a gadget like this and try to fix it, but this little guy is ABSOLUTELY NOT SERVICEABLE. Even attempting to pop it apart is highly likely to break the plastic casing, buttons, and circuit board inside. There are no accessible screws, it's all glued together. It's intentionally meant to be unserviceable. Also, it can't be just thrown in the trash as it has a circuit board and toxic components that need to go to a hazmat processing facility and not a landfill (it even says so in the owner's manual).

So, not a perfect long-term tool, but for the money this particular gadget was worth it to me.

I've purchased at least 4 of this blender. I make soap; after a while the seals go or the motor dies. Understand: I use it on corrosive lye solutions and soap batter which in some cases is quite hot and thick. They're subjected to a lot of hard use and typically each one lasts me a year -18 months. If you're blending anything very hot or if the motor gets hot from using it on thick substances, it's best to switch it out. I keep the old ones that still work for this reason. I wish that I could buy just the replacement heads since I go through those faster than the motor portion.

The attachments aren’t great

The main body and blender attachment work well enough. It feels heavy in the hands and blends well albeit I haven’t put it to task yet. I think it has way too many speeds and the “turbo” is silly. You want torque not insane rpms. I’ve never had to take it off the default speed and doing so feels like a mess waiting to happen. Whisk is flimsy with a cheap bearing so it’s extra loud to use. Pretty much useless imo. Frother is a bit better but you can feel the cheap plastic. Mueller’s profits are in cheap ungreased bearings and plastic that will dry and crack in a couple years but the main hull is solid and heavy. I’m still going to get a Kitchenaid but it’s made easy work out of frozen fruit/smoothies and mashed potatoes. I’ve had success using the whisk to make whipped cream but like I said it’s obnoxiously loud. If you can get under $40 go for it but keep in mind Kitchenaid routinely goes on sale for $50.

After another buyer recommended it because they had the same problem. I mean, it works however, it is super loud considering the whisk attachment doesn’t move that fast. It sounds more powerful than it really is? Super bulky and heavy when using. Awkward to store on your countertop.

Easy to use; easy to clean. More powerful than my Cuisinart Stick Blender. This is a product I would buy again but I won't need to for some time. I've been using this Mueller Stick Blender for more than 4 years. I make blended and creamed soups, dips, and milkshakes with this. If you cook a lot, you'll want to get a stick/immersion blender and this one is excellent. To critique it, the control buttons could be designed better, but with one or two uses, it's easy to see how it works.
