It’s a bit too small for the MM1000 with the test leads attached. I had to take them off to fit the meter into the case. It would have been better if it was a little larger to keep the leads attached. But, at the price that I paid, it’s not too bad.
I can’t complain too much because all the cases that I’ve purchased for my other multimeters, I had to take the leads off also.
There is a small pocket inside the lid of the case. This is where I put the coiled up test leads.
Overall it’s a nice Klein branded multimeter case.
The case has decent padding and the zipper works fine but I would have preferred something a little wider so the leads could be inserted next to the device instead of behind or in front of it.
I ended up returning the meter for something else but kept the case because the return shipping would have been nearly as much as the case cost. I can always find some other use for it as it's a nice case to store other small electronic devices. As one specifically for the MM1000, though, it's an ok fit, not a match made in heaven.
