These trays are awful, do not buy! As the previous reviewers have stated it is impossible to get anything out of these unless you're prying it out with a butter knife and warming the bottom. They are too flexible, need to be a little more rigid so the cubes can pop out.

I would not recommend this product to anyone. The tray makes it very hard to get the cubes out of once they are frozen and one of the trays has already snapped in half. A very cheap product and I am very unhappy with it.

I find it very hard to actually get the frozen cubes out of the tray. I do like the lid, but I would not recommend these.

I bought these trays to freeze homemade baby food. The trays are easy to wash in the dishwasher and the lids make them easy to stack in the freezer. The portion sizes are about 1 tablespoon, which is perfect for my 6 month old just starting to eat solids.

The major downside is that the cubes are nearly impossible to get out of the tray! You can't twist or pop these trays like traditional ice cube trays. I've tried slamming the tray upside down on the counter to dislodge the cubes. I've tried running them under hot water, then slamming them on the counter. The only way I've found to be successful is to let the food melt a bit, then use a fork to wiggle the food loose. I then end up using the fork like a lever to pop the cube out, but then have to chase the cube across the countertop when it goes flying.

They're a great idea, but these trays have poor usability.

I did not buy these on Amazon but I wanted to review. The best way I found to get the cubes out is leave the lids on the trays and then run under hot way for 30 seconds to a minute. Then flip tray upside down and give a little shake and they pop right out. You can also rub a paper towel in a little coconut oil and line the bottom of the tray and they pop right out

I love Munchkin and all of their products, except this one. The main issue is getting the food out. They don't just twist and the cubes pop out. I had to use a knife to pry them out. They also are not that easy to fill. I have found the silicone cube trays work much better. The one good thing I can say, is Munchkin's customer service is excellent. They gave me $6.99 to spend on any item on their website, because I complained to them about this product.

Did not like this at all, the only thing good about it is the lid. Very difficult to take the food out; I had to put under warm water to thaw out a bit before it could come out which defeats the purpose of freezing it. I recommend the silicone ones.
