It's not a bad product, but I think I'll try one of the ones with the push lever at the end, maybe that will help get all the medicine out!
It is still better than all the similar products on the market and would be 5* if they could reinforce the tabs that hold the cup to the pacifier top.
The last straw was last night - my child was crying uncharacteristically loudly - likely a mild upset tummy reaction to her innoculations. So I loaded up the receptacle with gripe water and as meticlously and precisely as possible, threaded the top and nipple to the receptacle. I was concentrating, like I was trying to difuse a nitro glycerin bomb. It looked perfectly level and attached. Huzzah! Finally I had closed it properly!! Of course, when I gave it to my baby, I saw that some had dribbled out. I picked her up and it had ALL leaked out - and her head and back were laying in a puddle of gripe water. At the time, I was struggling through a red rage of my own tears so I couldn't figure out which was the the best part of my experience with this item: that I couldn't dose her again, as I don't know how much she got and how much leaked out; or that I had literally just bathed her and put her into clean clothes.
Not wanting my daughter to sense my Hulkesque rage, I calmly wiped her down, changed her, put her in her crib and called my wife in. I then took Munchkin the Medicator down into my basement. I snipped the nipple off and stuffed a left over M80 into it. I took it out into the woods, wedged it into the soft ground and pulled out my iPhone. I then cranked Samuel Barber's Adagio for Strings (aka the theme song from Platoon), lit the fuse and scurried behind a tree. The explosion was the most glorious symphony of sound I have ever heard. Finally, I was freed from its uselessness.Read more ›

Works great. We swapped the nipple out for a Dr. Brown size 1 nipple. We use it every day & just bought a spare in case this one bites the dust.Published 5 days ago by Efsamli
First wash and all the measurement markings are gone! That was the reason I bought these so every time I need to give medicine need not look for the measuring syringe. Read morePublished 14 days ago by Krishna T.

After only a few washes - hand washes - the measuring lines started to come off the cup, rendering this product useless. If you can't measure out the meds what's the point?Published 17 days ago by amy marie morris
